Job Description

HiFyve is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee the overall performance of a food or beverage manufacturing facility. This role will lead plant operations, develop department leaders, manage financial performance, and drive improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and cost.


Job Responsibilities

  • Lead overall plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, warehouse, shipping, and safety
  • Drive plant KPIs related to safety, quality, productivity, service, and cost
  • Manage plant budgets, expenses, P&L performance, and capital projects
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, sanitation, safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Lead, coach, and develop plant managers and supervisors
  • Oversee customer, corporate, and regulatory audits
  • Improve equipment utilization, operational efficiency, and overall plant performance


Requirements

  • 8+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in food or beverage manufacturing
  • 2+ years of management experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience managing plant budgets, costs, and operational KPIs
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations and continuous improvement
  • Understanding of food safety, GMP, sanitation, and regulatory requirements
  • Proven leadership and team development skills
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
