Help Students Discover Their Future

The Beauty Institute is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Admissions Representative to join our Stroudsburg campus. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building connections, and helping individuals take the next step toward a new career.

As an Admissions Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective students interested in pursuing careers in Cosmetology, Esthetics, or Nail Technology. You will guide students through the admissions process, conduct interviews and campus tours, and help them determine whether The Beauty Institute is the right fit for their goals.

This role combines recruiting, career advising, customer service, and relationship-building. Every day is different, and your work will have a direct impact on helping students begin life-changing educational journeys.

What You'll Do
  • Conduct interviews with prospective students to understand their goals, interests, and career aspirations
  • Lead engaging campus tours and presentations
  • Guide prospective students through the admissions and enrollment process
  • Build relationships with students and their support systems
  • Follow up with inquiries through phone calls, text messages, email, and virtual communication
  • Maintain accurate records and activity within our CRM system
  • Participate in career fairs, high school visits, community events, and recruitment activities
  • Represent The Beauty Institute professionally both on campus and within the community
  • Collaborate with Financial Aid, Education, and Student Services teams to ensure a positive student experience
  • Meet enrollment and activity goals while maintaining a student-focused approach
