About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword - it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

About Qualified:

Qualified, a Salesforce company, is the Agentic Marketing Platform for modern B2B organizations. With Piper, the #1-rated AI SDR, we help revenue teams engage qualified buyers in real time across the website and email, turning more conversations into pipeline. Trusted by brands like Asana, Crunchbase, and Box, Qualified is redefining how companies grow revenue with AI-powered precision.

We're also proud of the team behind it. At Qualified, we're tight-knit, creative, and high-performing. We move fast, take risks, and have fun while doing the best work of our careers.

About the Role:

We're looking for a hands-on Senior motion designer with deep motion design experience to lead and elevate how the Qualified brand moves. While this role leans heavily into motion, our ideal candidate has an appetite to "fill in where needed", tackling various other design projects on occasion including email, social, blog and paid ads. You'll work across product launches, brand campaigns, digital experiences, and social content to bring our stories to life through smart, sophisticated animation and video.

You'll own the motion lens across our brand-setting standards, defining systems, and pushing the creative bar. You'll also play a critical role in concepting and designing assets beyond motion, collaborating with an agile team of designers, and Product Marketers.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the creation of motion-first assets-from storyboarding and concepting to hands-on animation and final polish

  • Design and animate brand and product content including launch videos, social clips, product demos, and live event visuals

  • Collaborate closely with writers, designers, marketers, and product teams to craft compelling, visually rich stories

  • Establish scalable motion systems and templates that keep our visual identity consistent and flexible

  • Contribute to broader design work across campaigns, the website, and product launches (this role isn't motion-only)

  • Lead creative feedback sessions and help up-level the creative quality across the team

  • Work quickly and iteratively, balancing speed with craft in a high-output environment

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail

  • 8+ years of experience in motion design, visual design, or art direction-ideally with time spent at a fast-moving tech company

  • A standout portfolio featuring a wide range of motion and design work: campaign creative, social motion, explainer videos, product demos, and more

  • Strong hands-on skills in After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and Premiere; experience with web animations, or 3D tools is a plus

  • Solid understanding of animation principles, timing, transitions, and how to make motion feel purposeful and on-brand

  • Creative, proactive, and comfortable moving from ideation to execution without a ton of oversight

  • Bonus: Experience in B2B, SaaS, or AI storytelling

Why You'll Love It Here:

  • Remote-first team (U.S. & Canada)

  • Fast-paced, collaborative, and high-trust culture

  • Creative freedom with the chance to define and grow a category-defining brand

  • A team that values great ideas, great execution, and good vibes
