Lead Medical Assistant  – Inspire, Organize, and Make an Impact!  
Ready to take charge and make a difference? Our innovative Podiatry Center is looking for a dynamic Lead Medical Assistant to lead our talented team and keep our operations running like clockwork.   
Job Type: Full-Time 34-40 hours/week  
Location: Candidate will work between our Fort Collins and Broomfield office locations with one to two days per week worked in our Broomfield office location. Other occasional travel to our Broomfield location is possible (travel time is paid). Reliable transportation is required.  
What You’ll Do  
  • Work alongside and lead Medial Assistants and Doctors in Caring for patients in our office 
  • Lead & Motivate: Interview, train, and schedule medical assistants while fostering a positive team culture.  
  • Drive Excellence: Conduct weekly meetings, ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and safety standards.  
  • Keep Operations Smooth: Oversee patient flow, manage back-office stations, and maintain quality control.  
  • Stay Organized: Monitor equipment, supplies, and ensure everything is ready for top-notch patient care.  
  • Collaborate: Work closely with doctors and the Practice Manager to ensure seamless operations and exceptional patient experiences.
