Lead Management Program Analysts are professionals responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing systems and processes that capture, track, and analyze sales leads within an organization. They work closely with sales, marketing, and IT teams to ensure that leads are efficiently managed from initial contact through conversion. Their work often involves using CRM software, generating reports, and recommending improvements to increase lead conversion rates. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments.

How does a lead management program analyst typically interact with cross-functional teams to optimize lead processes?
