Now Hiring: Laundry Supervisor | Lead Our Laundry Operations with Pride!
Location: 2975 Arabian Nights Blvd, Kissimmee, FL 34747
Pay Rate: $21.50/hr
Are you an experienced laundry professional with strong leadership skills and a hands-on work ethic? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy leading a team while maintaining high quality standards? If so, we'd love to meet you!
We're currently seeking a Laundry Supervisor to oversee daily laundry operations and work alongside the housekeeping team to ensure linens, towels, and uniforms are consistently clean, available, and meet resort standards. This role is essential to maintaining operational efficiency and supporting an exceptional guest experience.
What You'll Do:
  • Supervise daily laundry operations including washing, drying, folding, pressing, and linen distribution
  • Direct workflow of laundry attendants to ensure productivity and proper coverage
  • Document daily receipt and return of linen carts from Crown Linen and other vendors
  • Assign schedules and daily duties based on operational needs
  • Train, coach, and support team members on laundry procedures, equipment, chemical handling, and safety standards
  • Inspect laundered items to ensure cleanliness, quality, and compliance with resort standards
  • Monitor linen, uniform, and supply inventory; report shortages or discrepancies
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the laundry facility
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair needs for laundry equipment
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety regulations, and company policies
  • Communicate regularly with management regarding inventory, staffing, and performance
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

What We're Looking For:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience required
  • Prior experience in industrial or hospitality laundry environments required
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively
  • Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor
