What is a lead full stack software engineer?

A Lead Full Stack Software Engineer is a senior technical professional responsible for overseeing the development of both front-end and back-end components of web applications. They lead teams of engineers, make architectural decisions, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. In addition to coding, they mentor junior team members, collaborate with stakeholders, and often play a key role in technical strategy and planning. Their expertise spans multiple technologies, frameworks, and programming languages used in both client-side and server-side development.

Outstanding communication, leadership, and mentorship skills help drive team performance and foster collaboration. These abilities are crucial for delivering robust, scalable solutions and effectively guiding development teams through complex technical projects.
