Event Designer – Luxury Events | West Palm Beach

FLORAL DESIGN EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

We are searching for a highly creative, client-facing Event Designer to lead the design and execution of luxury weddings, social celebrations, and select corporate events.

This role combines creative design, client relationship management, and event planning. The ideal candidate will translate client visions into exceptional event experiences while balancing aesthetics, logistics, and budgets.

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday, business hours
  • Evenings and weekends as required for events and installations

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary creative contact for clients and planners from concept through execution
  • Develop custom event designs, including floral, décor, furnishings, and spatial layouts
  • Create proposals, mood boards, presentations, floor plans, and installation plans
  • Lead client presentations and manage design revisions, scope, and budgets
  • Collaborate with floral, fabrication, rental, and production teams
  • Conduct site visits and oversee event installations and on-site styling
  • Maintain project timelines, documentation, and financial tracking
  • Build and maintain relationships within the luxury events community

Qualifications

  • Experience in luxury event design, floral design, interior design, or a related creative field
  • Exceptional client-facing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong project management and budget oversight abilities
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of current design trends, materials, and spatial planning
  • Proficiency with macOS, Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Suite, and presentation software
