Job description

Lead Finish Carpenter/Construction worker Wanted

We are a very busy local water, fire and mold restoration company. Over 25 years in Kern County. Seeking an experienced Lead Finish Carpenter to execute and oversee high quality construction work in general construction with finish carpenter skills. Willing to do all phases of construction.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of Finish Carpentry and construction experience.
  • Proven leadership skills—must be able to effectively work alongside and manage job sites.
  • Expertise in water and mold damage projects is a plus.
  • Ability to coordinate tasks, maintain timelines, and ensure top-quality craftsmanship. Organization a must.
  • Team player with leadership skills required
  • Clean DMV and full background check required
