Event Manager — Gig / Per-Event

Cülinary Expréss is looking for experienced Event Managers to join our event operations team on a gig-by-gig basis.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing the execution of assigned events from setup through breakdown, serving as the primary point of contact for staff, vendors, and clients.

Responsibilities
  • Lead event setup, service, and breakdown
  • Coordinate staff and vendors on-site
  • Keep the event running according to the timeline and BEO
  • Communicate with the client and resolve issues as they arise
  • Ensure service, presentation, and guest experience meet expectations
  • Complete post-event wrap-up
Qualifications
  • Previous event management, catering, hospitality, or restaurant management experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable leading a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, reliable, and solutions-oriented
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
