Job Title: Lacing/Core &Coil Team Lead
Department: Lacing/Core &Coil
Summary/Objective
The Lacing & Core and Coil Assembly Team Lead is responsible for overseeing daily Lacing and Core & Coil Assembly operations, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining high standards of productivity, quality and a safe working environment.
Essential Functions
• Daily On-Site Attendance.
• Ensure team adheres to 5S practices at all times.
• Supervise team activities that they complete transformer manufacture with consistent speed and accuracy.
• Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently.
• Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality.
• Make sure team operates machinery correctly, safely and maintain it with care.
• Lead, motivate, and train team to achieve performance targets.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members to promote skill development and accountability.
• Assist in scheduling work shifts and ensuring proper staffing levels.
• Support new employee onboarding and ensure adherence to company policies and safety procedures.
• Report any machinery issues to management.
• Work cooperatively across Manufacturing Teams to meet dates and goals.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management.
• Follow all written and verbal instructions.
• Attend all safety and production trainings.
Requirements
Environment/Physical Requirements
The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday-shifts vary per manufacturing department. However, depending on workload there may be occasional longer days and occasional weekends as needed. The Team Lead is expected to work the hours necessary in order to timely and satisfactorily complete all necessary work tasks.

Travel is not required for this position.
