Under direction of Management this individual will be responsible for effectively supporting all culinary operations. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • This role includes hand stretching dough and cooking 18” New York style pizza
  • Ability to work organized and efficiently
  • Must be comfortable in a fast-paced high volume environment
  • Can lead cook team to complete tasks, is able to provide direction and training 
  • Maintain and abide by County Health/ Sanitation standards
  • Positive attitude and being coachable is very important to us
  • Ensure that all equipment and tools are in proper operating condition and are cleaned on a regular basis.
  • Perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required
  • Communicating with management and staff about any issues or concerns that may arise
