Are you a friendly and ambitious person who enjoys working as a part of a team and providing outstanding service to customers? Are you an advocate of health and fitness? Our Service Desk Representatives at our Downtown Ridge location provide an outstanding experience to our customers and work to provide a safe, clean, and happy environment for all. This is a fun, active environment one block off of Main Street. If this fits what you are looking for, fill out the application and perhaps you can join our great team!
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • Must have a flexible schedule as demands might require working at least two weekends per month, evenings, holidays and special events

Experience:
  • Preferred minimum of 2 years in customer service, preferably in an athletic club, as a barista, or another service industry

Specific Responsibilities:
  • Be able to count and verify cash, shift activity, and gift certificates, with departing shift
  • Be able to use basic computer skills
  • Multi-tasking is a priority
  • Keep locker rooms cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies
  • Keep equipment and gym space maintained and cleaned
  • Basic knowledge of membership sign-up and membership changes and alterations

General Responsibilities:
  • Work with members and guests in a respectful and courteous manner
  • Remain sensitive to others and maintain a genuine interest in working for our members' best interests
  • Maintain a positive attitude while working with members and staff
