• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices. You will utilize techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to guide clients through their recovery journeys.

• Implement therapeutic interventions while maintaining accurate clinical documentation to ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for our clients.

• Lead regular case consultations and peer reviews to share insights and enhance the quality of care delivered within the team.

• Educate clients and their families about available resources and treatment options, creating a supportive environment for effective communication and collaboration.

• Stay informed about the latest research trends in mental health to apply cutting-edge practices in your therapy sessions.

The core clientele at our hospice center includes individuals facing terminal illnesses and their families, as well as those dealing with complex emotional and psychological challenges. Your role as an LCSW will be integral in providing compassionate support as clients navigate difficult transitions, fostering resilience and empowerment during their most vulnerable moments.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Florida, confirming your qualifications and readiness to practice.

• Strong skills in solution-based psychotherapy techniques tailored to meet individual patient needs.

• Excellent communication skills to build meaningful connections with clients and their families, fostering an environment of trust and collaboration.

• Ability to apply problem-solving strategies to address and navigate complex situations effectively.

• Experience working in hospice, palliative care, or rehabilitation settings is highly desirable.

• Demonstrated experience in trauma-informed care and familiarity with mental health disorder treatments will be an asset.

• Prior involvement in multidisciplinary teams or collaborative care settings.

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
