Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Job Summary
This is a remote therapy role for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who wants to provide steady mental health support in a virtual setting. You will work with clients through scheduled telehealth sessions, helping them address emotional concerns, life changes, stress, grief, anxiety, depression, and other clinical needs.
Your work will include assessing client concerns, providing therapy, creating care plans, tracking progress, and keeping documentation organized. This role is best suited for an LCSW who is comfortable with independent clinical work and values clear communication, structure, and responsible client care.
Position Details
  • Location: West Palm Beach, FL
  • Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Responsibilities
  • Provide telehealth counseling services to clients
  • Complete clinical assessments and intake documentation
  • Diagnose mental health conditions within scope of licensure
  • Build treatment plans based on client goals, symptoms, and clinical presentation
  • Provide therapy using appropriate clinical techniques
