Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Social Services

Location: 500 17th Avenue, Seattle, WA 98122
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Days | 5x8-Hour Shifts | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay Rate: $55/hr on w2 , Weekly - $2200
Weekly Hours: 40 Hours
Employment Type: Travel/Contract


Requirement:

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a 13-week travel assignment in an acute care hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have strong inpatient social work and case management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient care and discharge planning.


Requirements:

  • Active LCSW or LSWAIC license.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Minimum 1 year of inpatient or acute care social work experience.
  • Case management experience required.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide psychosocial assessments and interventions for hospitalized patients.
  • Coordinate discharge planning and transitions of care.
