• Conduct individual, couples, and family teletherapy sessions, delivering therapy tailored to client needs.
• Assess clients' emotional and psychological needs comprehensively and develop personalized treatment plans that reflect these assessments.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions and support, integrating techniques that resonate with the client's personal and cultural context.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date client records in accordance with relevant laws and ethical guidelines.
• Engage in continuous communication with colleagues and participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and care strategies.

Our clientele includes a diverse range of individuals facing various mental health challenges. You will work with clients from different backgrounds, each requiring a unique approach to therapy. Whether addressing anxiety, depression, grief, or adjustment issues associated with end-of-life care in the hospice environment, your role will be crucial in fostering healing and resilience.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work is mandatory, with an LCSW license required to practice in Oregon.
• A solid understanding of therapeutic modalities and processes to facilitate effective teletherapy.
• Strong interpersonal and clinical skills to build rapport and trust with clients from varied backgrounds.
• A commitment to ethical practices, cultural sensitivity, and ongoing personal development.

• Prior experience in teletherapy or remote counseling is highly desirable.
• Experience working with hospice or palliative care populations is a plus, as you will often be addressing complex emotional issues related to end-of-life scenarios.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms to streamline client interactions and documentation.

The salary for this part-time role ranges from USD 50,000 to 70,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and expertise. In addition, we offer access to professional development opportunities and resources to support your career growth while working remotely.
