About the Role:
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated LMSW or LBSW to join our growing team in Arley, AL. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families by providing high-quality mental health care in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment approaches
  • Assess clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client care
  • Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed
  • Uphold ethical and professional standards in all client interactions
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Social Work, or a related field
  • Active or eligible licensure in Alabama (LBSW or LMSW)
