Join our dynamic team as a Window Treatment Design Consultant, where you will inspire clients with innovative window covering solutions that elevate their spaces.   • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences for window treatments, including blinds, shades, drapes, and custom solutions
  • Provide expert advice on product selection, layout design, lighting considerations, and renovation or remodeling projects

  • Prior Sales experience in the Window Coverings industry is preferred but not required
  • Self-directed/able to work independently and work as a valuable team player
  • Friendly, courteous, pleasant
  • Ability to learn and handle new technology as introduced to the industry
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent telephone, written, and verbal communication skills- These are critical when interfacing with all levels of Budget Blinds staff and clients.
