PAY RATE: The salary range is $60,000- $75,000 annually.

An Account Manager will represent LAX / BSN Sports by demonstration of company core values in driving the highest ethical standards of conduct in all business activities.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Manage and grow an assigned book of business through proactive relationship management and strategic account support.
  • Maintain consistent daily communication with customers, ensuring all emails and text messages are responded to within 24 hours.
  • Develop and present quarterly account plans for key customers in collaboration with management to support retention and growth goals.
  • Communicate both positive updates and challenging issues to customers professionally, transparently, and in a timely manner.
  • Partner with customers to create customized logo concepts and product designs that align with brand standards and team identity.
  • Build and manage online team stores to support customer fundraising, ordering, and product distribution needs.
  • Support accounts receivable efforts by assisting customers through billing inquiries and aging AR resolution.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities and lacrosse industry events on a quarterly basis to strengthen product knowledge and industry relationships.
  • Utilize approved expense budgets strategically to foster and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Process bulk customer orders accurately and efficiently, with a target turnaround time of 12 hours or less.
