Love working outdoors and take pride in a job well done? Truly Nolen of America-one of the country's largest family-owned pest control companies-is looking for experienced Lawn Technicians to join our growing team. $20.00 to start!
What You'll Do: Step out of the typical office and into the fresh air. In this role, you will manage your own route and be the go-to expert for our customers' outdoor spaces. Your day-to-day will involve:
  • Inspecting and treating properties to keep lawns, trees, and shrubs healthy and thriving.
  • Safely delivering applications of fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides, and fungicides.
  • Building strong, trusting relationships with your customers.
  • Selling and growing your lawn route, which paves the way for great career advancement opportunities.
  • Ensuring all customer paperwork and service records are completed accurately.

What We're Looking For:
  • Previous lawn and ornamental experience.
  • A valid driver's license and a strong driving record.
  • A self-starter who enjoys working independently and spending the day outdoors.
  • Understand the importance of paperwork.
  • Bonus points: State lawn/ornamental certification is a huge plus!
