The Customer Service Office Position works collaboratively with our Customer Service Manager to answer phones/emails/texts communicating with customers and potential customers, addressing customer issues, providing price quotes and services, and assisting customers with any other needs. This position is perfect for the active go getter who enjoys year-round employment in an up-beat environment. Benefits and Perks:

Daily Tasks include:

  • Takes inbound calls/emails/texts from customers and potential customers
  • Makes outbound calls to follow up on quotes and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Sells services by phone/email/text
  • Offers needed services to customers
  • Provides Lawn Doctor service solutions when possible
  • Routing technicians daily work/processing daily work

Requirements:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to details necessary
  • Friendly and enjoys meeting new people
  • Positive attitude and works collaboratively with team members and customers
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment
  • Some Saturday availability. Usually, 1 Saturday morning a month.

No need for experience in the lawn care industry, it is helpful but not needed. The right person is passionate about communications and sales and is willing to learn the Lawn Doctor lawn service features and benefits. Training will be provided on our software, communications platforms, and specialty equipment. The ideal candidate for this position has a strong work ethic, is friendly, and has excellent communication skills. Actual experience in the lawn care industry is highly desirable but not required. Compensation: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
