Job Title: Professional Landscape Mower Operator

Location: Wrentham/ Walpole, MA

Employment Type: Full-Time / Seasonal

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Professional Landscape Mower Operator to join our landscaping team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating commercial mowing equipment and maintaining high-quality lawn care services for residential, commercial, and municipal properties. This role requires attention to detail, safe equipment operation, and a commitment to delivering exceptional landscape results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate commercial-grade zero-turn, stand-on, and walk-behind mowers safely and efficiently.
  • Drive and safely operate company trucks and trailers to transport landscaping equipment, materials, and crew members to and from job sites while complying with all traffic laws and company safety procedures.
  • Mow, trim, edge, and maintain lawns according to company standards.
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance, including fueling, cleaning, and blade checks.
  • Identify and report equipment issues, property hazards, and landscape concerns.
  • Follow assigned routes and complete scheduled properties on time.
  • Ensure all work areas are clean, professional, and free of debris upon completion.
  • Assist with additional landscape maintenance tasks such as pruning, mulching, leaf removal, and seasonal cleanups as needed.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Maintain positive and professional interactions with customers and team members.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience operating commercial landscaping and mowing equipment preferred.
