Job description

NPFM (New Product and Facilities Maintenance) Team
We are very excited at Quick Quack Car Wash to be expanding our NPFM Team! We are looking for great people to help us continue growing regionally by helping us stay up and running. You will be responsible for executing the safe installation of new equipment, managing maintenance and repair on equipment, machinery, and building, grounds and building systems to insure uninterrupted services and operations. Performs other related duties as required.
Job Responsibilities
• Work closely with Facilities team to install all aspects of new equipment.
• Creating a safe and positive working atmosphere
• Well-rounded facilities maintenance background i.e., Painting, HVAC, mechanical troubleshooting, plumbing, lock repair, general building repairs
• Assisting other departments with maintenance needs when approved by COE
• General building maintenance and wash maintenance when no electrical needs are necessary
• Adhering to safety and performance standards
• Facilitates professional development by conducting on-the-job training and needs assessments. Responsible for recommending and assisting in the development of training curricula.
• Technicians may be asked to perform both mechanical maintenance and electrical maintenance (changing out fuses, switches, starter coils, solenoid coils, and electrical eyes).
• Technicians will also be asked to perform upgrades or installations of new equipment. Fabrication and welding experience is a plus.
• Recommends and plans maintenance programs and work schedules to minimize equipment "downtime ".
• Manages maintenance and repair of the building grounds to include lawn and landscape services, sanitary upkeep and parking lot.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Valid driver's license and good DMV record
  • Honest and dependable
  • Must be able to pass background check
  • Must be willing Travel up to 100% of the time but home on weekends
  • Must live within one hour of the airport
  • Must be willing to work overtime 45-55 hour work week
