Overview
Lawn Maintenance Crew Leaders are responsible for performing lawn maintenance tasks for our residential clients, including mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and other similar tasks.  Crew Leaders in this department are responsible for preparing and driving company equipment, directing, and developing their crews to ensure quality work is performed, caring for equipment, and ensuring safety.
In addition to leadership responsibilities, this is a hands-on position which allows you to take full ownership in accomplishing the work in the field.

  • Minimum 1 year of professional lawn maintenance experience working in the green industry and/or supervisory experience is preferred for Crew Leader position
