Village Green Landscapes is a locally owned and operated full-scale landscape company serving the Twin City metro area with office locations in Saint Paul, New Brighton, Brooklyn Park, and Savage.

Village Green Landscapes is currently looking for seasonal full time Lawn Maintenance Crew Member-DRIVER
Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.00 DOE
Benefits: Paid Sick Time
Possibility for year round employment if candidate is interested in commercial snow removal in the winter months.
* Full-time Benefits eligibility with year round employment.
POSITION SUMMARY
Our Lawn Maintenance Crew Member-Driver work in crews to complete lawn maintenance and ensure all jobs are completed in a manner that exceeds the customer expectation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lawn Maintenance Crew Member-Driver
  • Ability to perform tasks related to lawn maintenance
  • Familiarity with lawn maintenance equipment including lawn mowers, string trimmers, pruners, and backpack blowers
  • Ensures safe and clean work environment is maintained
  • Provides excellent customer service
  • Works collaboratively with the team and company leadership
  • Demonstrates timely and effective communication- verbal, non-verbal, and written
  • Communication and behavior are consistent with company values
  • Demonstrates high quality decision making in a fast paced and quickly evolving environment
  • Ability to drive company vehicles as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
  • 18+ years of age
  • Able to pass a pre- employment drug test
  • Have Driver License with clean record
  • Have DOT health card or ability to obtain one
