Kurt Thompson Law Group is on a mission to help people receive the compensation they deserve after being injured in an accident, fall, or other unfortunate circumstance. We're hiring two full-time Law Firm Receptionists to join our Boca Raton, FL office and help us take excellent care of our clients. This role requires an outgoing personality, sharp attention to detail, and a drive to do your best work every day. (Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills would be a bonus!) Our Law Firm Receptionist works in our office from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Organization and customer service will be your top priorities, and you'll spend your days maintaining legal documents, updating client files, and providing top-notch assistance over the phone. No two days will be the same as you answer incoming phone calls, assist clients, and direct calls accordingly. You'll also perform clerical duties like scanning a high volume of documents, entering new case information, opening claims, and completing additional tasks as assigned. Your efforts will directly support firm efficiency and productivity!
