JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Title: Law Enforcement Response Analyst
Location: Remote (U.S.)
Duration: Initial 4-month assignment from the start date, with the possibility of an extension based on business needs and the worker's performance.
Travel: No travel required.
Equipment: MacBook.

Duties:
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams on process improvements
  • Ability to remain highly organized when faced with contending priorities
  • Ability to communicate effectively with outside entities
  • Ability to accurately analyze lengthy legal documents
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work independently while also operating as a collaborative team player
  • A track record of consistently going above and beyond what is expected

Skills:
  • Accurately review, index, and process various types of legal requests from domestic and international law enforcement, and civil subpoenas
  • Ensure that all valid requests are scrutinized and handled in strict accordance with applicable law, our terms of service, and guidelines for protecting our sellers'privacy
  • Engage with law enforcement and coordinate response efforts both in writing and over the phone
  • Innovate, document and implement policies and procedures that scale with the business
  • Be a key support to your attorney and investigator teammates
  • Work cross-functionally with various teams across , including Compliance, Legal, Trust and Safety and Infosec
  • Maintain quality standards while handling large volumes of time-sensitive requests
  • 1 - 3 years of Law Enforcement Response Analyst experience

Education
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
