Territory Sales Representative Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Territory Sales Representative to join our team. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to manage existing accounts and establish new territories while earning competitive commissions and working in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Company: Blueline Publishing, a rapidly expanding company specializing in Law Enforcement support, operating across 18 states with plans for further growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including bank executives, lawyers, and farmers, to drive sales and promote client retention.
  • Manage existing accounts and expand into new territories to increase market share and promote company growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and professional representation of Blueline Publishing to clients and prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with our sales and support teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of efforts.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Career-minded, friendly, and self-motivated individual with real work experience (sales experience not necessary).
  • Ability to work independently and unsupervised, Monday through Friday, 9-5.
  • Professional image and adherence to dress codes.
  • Dependable transportation. Up to $375.00 mo reimbursement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Willingness to pursue opportunities for advancement, including Trainer, State and Regional Supervisor, and $0 investment Franchisee roles.
  • Former military or law-enforcement a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Paid training starting Monday.
  • Commissions and bonuses paid weekly, with an estimated first-year commission of $70,000.00+ for this NW Alabama territory.

  • Territory Details:
  • Primary Coverage: Houston County west to Covington County, North to Autauga County, east. 15-30 counties. Additional territories as assigned including Gulf of America counties.
