Litigation/Employment Law Associate Attorney - Fenton & Keller (Monterey) The Fenton & Keller law firm seeks an Associate Attorney with experience in civil litigation and/ oremployment law. Ideal candidates have firsthand experience with discovery, depositions, motion practice,court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, class action defense, and trial work. Experience advisingemployers, conducting workplace investigations, and managing administrative claims is a plus.
