Job description

ITU AbsorbTech is seeking a Production Technician Heavy Operator - 2nd Shift to join our team in Neenah, WI.

Our production facilities process industrial laundry: we wash, dry, prepare, and organize floor mats, shop towels, uniforms and Sorbits®, our own absorbent brand line of products. Items that need to be cleaned come to our production facility directly from the customer.

In this role, you will:

  • load and unload box trucks
  • sort, fold, separate and count received items
  • load, unload, and operate industrial-sized washers and driers

* This is a physically demanding position that requires pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs on a repetitive basis.

2nd Shift Schedule: 12pm-8:30pm, Monday through Friday. No weekends, No holidays! 

Pay: $19.17 per hour + $0.50 shift differential for 2nd shift. 

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position (Lifting up to 50lbs, standing/walking for an 8 hour shift)
  • A good attitude, team player, attention to detail, and a focus on safety
