Location: Comfort Inn Atlanta- Atlanta, GA
Job Summary:
The Laundry Attendant is responsible for the efficient and safe operation of the hotel's laundry facility. This includes washing, drying, folding, and properly storing all hotel linens and guest laundry (if applicable). The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in maintaining high cleanliness and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate washers, dryers, and other laundry equipment according to hotel standards.
  • Sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize linens, towels, uniforms, and other laundry items.
  • Inspect items for stains, tears, and wear; report damaged or stained items to supervisor.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the laundry area and equipment.
  • Properly load and unload laundry machines to prevent overloading or damage.
  • Use correct cleaning agents and amounts according to established procedures.
  • Ensure linens are folded and stored neatly in designated areas.
  • Handle guest laundry (if service is offered), following proper labeling and processing protocols.
