About Our Family

We're a dynamic, active family of four that recently relocated to Seattle and are settling into a new home and new routines. Both parents work demanding professional schedules, dad works from homemom likes to kick off her mornings with an early workout class before work without feeling rushedand our two young children are in full-time preschool. Life moves fast in our household, and we're looking for someone who can help us run a smoother, more intentional home

We're the kind of family that wants weekends back. Not for tackling laundry or resetting the pantry, but for spending time togetherwhether that's visiting the local playground or spending the morning at the zoo. Evenings matter to us just as much, and having support that allows us to squeeze in a regular date night while keeping our home feeling calm and reset makes all the difference. We want to come home to a space that feels calm and ready, not one that needs to be managed before we can relax.

Our home is warm and family-centered. The kids bring a lot of energy, and we love that about them. We're organized people who appreciate systems, and we're looking for someone who shares that mindset and can help us build and maintain them as we get settled in a new place.

Who You Are / What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what needs to happen next. You walk into a home, read the room, and get to work. You anticipate needs before they become problems, whether that's noticing the backpack isn't packed, the fridge needs a refresh, or the kids' outgrown clothes need to be sorted. You're high energy with children and a calming, steady presence in the household overall. You bring proven experience with young children and feel completely comfortable helping get the kids ready for school in the morning and partnering with mom to keep daily routines running smoothly.

You thrive with systems and routines, and you enjoy building them as much as maintaining them. Reliability and punctuality are non-negotiable for you, not because you were told they matter, but because that's simply how you operate. You're warm, capable, and genuinely enjoy contributing to a household that runs well. You take pride in the details, communicate proactively, and are equally comfortable folding laundry, prepping dinner, and making a child feel comfortable in your care.

  • Calm, steady, and a resourceful problem solver
  • Able to quickly learn the family's routines, prioritize independently, and adapt as daily needs evolve
