Westhaven, a senior care community, soon to be managed by Cassia, is hiring Laundry Aides to join our dedicated care team. This is a great opportunity for those seeking entry-level work or wanting to learn and grow in a healthcare setting. No experience is needed as we will provide training to set you up for success. Whether you are beginning your healthcare journey or bringing valuable experience, at Westhaven you will feel appreciated, supported, and empowered to grow.
As a Laundry Aide at Westhaven, you'll help ensure our residents always have clean, fresh linens and clothing. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will contribute to a comfortable, welcoming environment for all who call our community home. We offer training, a supportive team atmosphere, and opportunities to develop your skills in a stable healthcare setting.
Position Type: Part-Time working varying hours including weekends and every other holiday
Shifts Available:
Days 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Location: 112 W 4th St, Boone, IA 50036
Laundry Aide Responsibilities:
  • Launder, sort, and fold all linen used by residents and facility.
  • Deliver laundry to residents' rooms and linen storage areas.
  • Maintain a clean working environment.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Laundry Aide Qualifications:
  • Prior laundry aide experience preferred but not required. We will train you!
  • Work with a diverse population of older adults.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
