Location: Wilmington, NC Shifts: Flexible scheduling โ€“ weekend-only, daytime, evening, and part-time options available Pay: Competitive pay + shift differentials for evenings/weekends

About The Role

We're looking for reliable, caring individuals to join our team as Personal Care Attendants (PCAs). This role is focused on helping older adults stay comfortable and supported throughout their day in a welcoming, community-based environment.

This is not a highly medical role โ€”we're primarily looking for someone who enjoys helping with everyday tasks and being a friendly, dependable presence.

What You'll Do
  • Assist with light housekeeping (tidying common areas, keeping spaces clean and organized)
  • Help with laundry for participants as needed
  • Support basic meal prep and kitchen assistance
  • Provide friendly companionship and help with daily routines
  • Assist with group activities and general day-to-day support
