We are currently looking for a Laundry Aide to join our team and help create a dining experience that nurtures both body and soul.

We are seeking a flexible and reliable Laundry Associate to support our Environmental Services team on an as-needed basis. This PRN role is ideal for someone who is available to cover shifts during staff vacations, call-offs, and increased operational needs. The ideal candidate is dependable, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment. This position requires the ability to lift and handle wet laundry, stand for extended periods of time, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.

What You Will Do:

  • Collect, sort, and wash residents' personal laundry and facility linens, including bedding, towels, and clothing.
  • Dry, fold, and distribute laundered items to the appropriate residents or departments.
  • Maintain cleanliness of laundry room equipment and storage areas.
  • Ensure that all laundry is handled according to facility guidelines for hygiene and safety.
  • Follow proper procedures for handling delicate fabrics and specialized materials.
  • Report any laundry equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
  • Assist in maintaining adequate stock of laundry supplies.
  • Adhere to all health and safety protocols in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and resident satisfaction.
