Lateral Partner โ€” Boston, MA or Austin, TX Practice Area - Employment/Construction Litigation/Corporate/M&A

A multi-office law firm is seeking a Lateral Partner with a portable book of business for its Boston, MA or Austin, TX office.

The Practice

The employment group advises employers across five areas: compliance (policies, leave laws, pay equity, wage/hour, safety); counseling & investigations (terminations, accommodations, internal/regulatory investigations); transactions (executive agreements, severance, non-competes, M&A due diligence); litigation (discrimination, retaliation, wage claims, restrictive covenants, agency proceedings before the DOL, EEOC, NLRB); and executive advocacy (compensation, severance, and equity counseling).

What We're Looking For
  • Established labor & employment practice with a portable book of business
  • Experience from an AmLaw firm, boutique practice, in-house, or public sector
  • Bar admission in MA or TX (multi-state a plus)
  • Strong client counseling skills and business judgment
Salary and Other Compensation:

The base salary for this position is between $230,000 and $350,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
