Pay: $72.00 - $79.00 an hour + Monthly Bonus
Status: Full-Time
Clinic Hours: Mon-Thur 8:30am-6pm, Fri-Sat 7:30am-5pm

As a Laser Hair Removal Provider, you will deliver safe, effective treatments while helping clients build confidence and achieve long-term results. In Milan's structured clinic environment, you'll combine medical expertise, patient education, and compassionate care to ensure every client feels informed, comfortable, and supported throughout their journey.

Your Ability to Make a Difference:
  • Clinical Care: Perform laser hair removal treatments according to medical protocols and safety standards. Complete pre-treatment setup, operate laser equipment, and perform daily equipment checks.
  • Client Education & Influence: Educate and guide clients on treatment plans, expected results, and pre/post-care. Reinforce progress and recommend additional treatment areas based on client goals and outcomes.
  • Client Experience: Deliver a professional, welcoming experience where clients feel informed and confident. Personalize treatments, anticipate client needs, and encourage rebooking and reviews.
  • Clinic Operations: Prepare treatment rooms, flip rooms between clients, and maintain clinic cleanliness. Follow operational standards including opening/closing tasks, inventory, and equipment readiness.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with clinic teams to support daily operations and clinic sales goals. Communicate scheduling updates and model Milan's standards of professionalism.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Perform laser hair removal treatments following Milan's established medical protocols
  • Educate clients on pre and post-treatment care to ensure safe and effective results
  • Document treatments accurately and maintain compliant medical records
  • Prepare treatment rooms and equipment to ensure safe and efficient client flow
  • Maintain a clean, professional clinical environment between treatments
  • Discuss treatment progress with clients and recommend additional treatment areas when appropriate
  • Encourage client reviews and referrals through excellent service
  • Support daily clinic operations including scheduling, confirming appointments, and maintaining client records
  • Assist with opening and closing duties and treatment room preparation
  • Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of laser equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate with clinic leadership and team members to support clinic goals and client satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Current applicable Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in good standing, along with active national certification as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC) is required
  • For Connecticut, Idaho, Louisiana, Oregon, South Dakota, South Carolina, and Washington: Current applicable Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in good standing, along with either active national certification as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC) or a Certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP-BC or AGNP-C), is required
  • Passion for providing exceptional patient care and client service
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to educate clients clearly and confidently
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and clinical protocols
  • Interest in the aesthetics industry and helping clients achieve confidence-building results
  • After completing training, ability to support onboarding and training of new providers
