Job description

The Territory Manager (Sales) is responsible for overseeing sales territory (WA, OR, ID, AK, ID, CO, MT, WY) focusing on new customer acquisition and ongoing account management. MUST LIVE IN SEATTLE.  This role involves extensive domestic travel to build strong relationships, analyze market trends, and drive sales growth. Utilizing CRM software and sales support tools, the Territory Manager strategically manages opportunities to enhance market share and increase sales revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a defined sales territory
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 sales calls per day
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement
  • Produce and analyze sales reports to monitor performance and identify opportunities
  • Conduct market analysis to understand trends and competitor activities
  • Forecast sales and set realistic targets to meet business goals
  • Quote and negotiate prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates to maximize profitability
  • Maintain deep product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions
  • Conduct Clinical in-service sessions/workshops to educate staff on products
  • Demonstrated strong clinical & operational knowledge, while staying current on products, programs and competitive landscape

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in sales, preferably B2B-medical devices preferred
  • Proficiency with CRM software for sales management
  • Strong negotiation and time management skills
  • Experience in customer relationship management
  • Effective presentation, preparation and organizational skills
