Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner (NP) – MedSpa | Walnut Creek, CA

Position Type: Part-Time to Full-Time (Independent Contractor)

Compensation: Competitive; commensurate with experience

Established, physician-led medical aesthetics practices with two fully operational

locations in Walnut Creek and Fairfield. Our medspas are equipped with a comprehensive,

state-of-the-art device portfolio and a strong foundation for continued growth. We offer a

full range of aesthetic services including injectables and advanced energy-based

treatments.

Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner with a minimum of 5+ years in

medical aesthetics to join and help grow two thriving medspa locations. This role requires

both clinical expertise and leadership, including the ability to train and mentor existing

nurse injectors while expanding service offerings and patient volume.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform aesthetic treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and laser/energy-based procedures
  • Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop treatment plans
  • Train, mentor, and oversee three existing nurse injectors
  • Maintain high standards of patient safety, outcomes, and satisfaction
  • Contribute to practice growth, patient retention, and service development
  • Ensure proper documentation and adherence to regulatory standards


Qualifications

  • Nurse Practitioner (NP) with active California license
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in aesthetic medicine
  • Advanced expertise in injectables (neurotoxins and fillers)
  • Experience with laser and energy-based devices preferred
  • Proven ability to train and supervise other injectors
  • Strong aesthetic eye, attention to detail, and patient communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in growing a practice
