Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Laser Cutting Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating more than one laser cutting machines to produce high-quality acrylic components while ensuring adherence to safety standards and production specifications. This role requires math, computer skills, multi-tasking and quality inspection as well as the ability to work independently.

Experience:
  • Warehouse experience.
  • We will provide training individualized to our business.
  • Must meet the position requirements and demonstrate a willingness to perform the tasks diligently on a daily basis.
Key Tasks:
  • Understand work orders, parts and specifications.
  • Ensure all parts are assembled correctly according to the requirements.
  • Efficiently manage your time to complete tasks with both accuracy and speed.
  • Keep production statuses updated using computer-based manufacturing and inventory software.
  • Communicate any issues or discrepancies with parts or assembly processes to the relevant team members for resolution.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and notify the assembly manager when supplies are low.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Requirements:

  • Computer skills for accurate updating of computer-based inventory systems are essential.
  • Excellent understanding of the English language, both written and verbal.
