RESUMEN GENERAL: Apoyar la implementación del programa Triple Play mediante la facilitación de actividades dirigidas al bienestar físico, mental y social de niños y jóvenes entre 6 y 18 años, en colaboración con el personal del Club.
RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES:
1. Asiste en facilitar actividades grupales de los módulos de Triple Play: Hábitos Saludables, Recreación Social y Salud y Bienestar (Daily Challenge), siguiendo las guías provistas por el personal del Club.
2. Apoyar la ejecución de sesiones estructuradas, asegurando la participación activa y segura de los jóvenes.
3. Colaborar con el personal del Club en la preparación del espacio y materiales necesarios para las actividades.
4. Guiar dinámicas físicas y recreativas que promuevan el movimiento, la cooperación y el desarrollo de habilidades sociales.
5. Apoyar el manejo de grupos pequeños, atendiendo hasta 10 participantes por hora según las instrucciones del Club.
6. Registrar asistencia diaria de los participantes en las actividades asignadas.
7. Apoyar en la administración de evaluaciones pre y post intervención, según las instrucciones del personal del programa.
8. Fomentar un ambiente inclusivo y respetuoso, promoviendo la diversidad cultural y el bienestar emocional.
9. Participar en eventos especiales organizados por el Club, brindando apoyo logístico y facilitando actividades físicas y de enriquecimiento.
10. Participar de adiestramientos, inducción, onboarding, y otras actividades que se programen por BGCPR y AmeriCorps.
11. Colaborar en la documentación del servicio ofrecido, incluyendo observaciones relevantes sobre la participación y el progreso de los jóvenes.
REQUISITOS:
- Educación: Diploma de escuela secundario o estudios universitarios completados con al menos 60 créditos universitarios en áreas relacionadas con: Recreación; Deportes; Educación Física; Educación; Psicología; Entrenamiento Físico; Nutrición; Salud.
- Experiencia Deseada: Experiencia previa trabajando con niños y jóvenes en entornos educativos, recreativos o comunitarios. Participación en programas de voluntariado, servicio comunitario o actividades extracurriculares relacionadas con salud, deporte o bienestar.
- Conocimientos Requeridos: Fundamentos de hábitos saludables y nutrición básica. Principios de actividad física y recreación. Manejo básico del estrés y bienestar emocional. Desarrollo infantil y juvenil. Primeros auxilios.
- Competencias Clave: Habilidades de comunicación efectiva con niños, jóvenes y adultos. Capacidad para facilitar actividades siguiendo instrucciones y guías establecidas. Manejo del tiempo y organización personal. Resolución de conflictos en ambientes grupales. Adaptabilidad para trabajar con diferentes edades y contextos.Trabajo en equipo y colaboración con personal del Club.
