BuildFlow is a full-service print and signage partner for many institutional and global organizations, producing large-format interior and exterior signage, wayfinding systems, and branded graphics for complex buildings and campuses. From blueprints to temporary signage, directional signs, banners, and ADA-compliant interior programs, our team handles design support, fabrication, and installation so clients get consistent, code-compliant signage delivered on time and at scale. As a Senior Wide Format Production Specialist, you will play a key role in bringing these programs to life by running our wide-format equipment, ensuring color and quality standards, and translating complex project requirements into precise, production-ready output.
 
Job Skill Requirements
1.     Familiar with UV and latex ink wide format printing equipment. This includes both Roll to Roll as well as Flatbed printing.
2.     Experience running ADA compliant signage as well as second surface printing.
3.     Experience setting up print jobs with modern day RIP software like VerteLith and Onyx. 
4.     Run and understand the principals of using hot and cold wide format roll laminators.  
5.     Ability to laminate vinyl, encapsulate, mount vinyl to foamboard, Sintra, Gatorboard, and other substrates
6.     Run the Kongsberg X24 Cutting Table.  Includes changing out router and cutting bits.
7.     Use Kongsberg I-Cut Production software to set up cut jobs by creating appropriate layers on artwork.
8.     Prior experience running Laser engraving equipment a plus. 
9.     Field installation and removal of Vinyl to walls and windows
10.  Ability to work with others in a team environment. Be willing to learn new things as well as share with others your own knowledge on how to do things better.
