About the Role

Alliance Exposition is seeking experienced Tradeshow Graphic Designers to join our newly formed in-house Design and Graphics team. Designers will be responsible for creating, revising, and finalizing event graphics for live tradeshow environments nationwide.

This role is ideal for designers who thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments and have direct experience designing for exhibits, events, and large-format print.

Event Graphic Design

Create layouts and production ready files for tradeshow graphics, including:

  • Registration counters and Entrance units and headers
  • Floor graphics and dimensional signage
  • Interpret client branding and event requirements accurately
  • Ensure all artwork meets print specifications and deadlines
  • Booth ID Signs
  • Proofing and Revisions
  • Upload proofs and revisions to BOX for client review
  • Incorporate client and Account Manager feedback efficiently
  • Maintain version control and file accuracy
  • Workflow Integration
  • Work from Salesforcetriggered design requests
  • Communicate proactively with the Design and Graphics Manager on priorities
  • Manage multiple events simultaneously with varying deadlines
  • Coordinate with print production, and graphics leadership to keep jobs moving accurately and on schedule.
  • Prepare productionready files with correct scale, bleeds, resolution, color setup, paneling, and finishing notes.
  • Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of tradeshow, exhibit, or experiential graphic design experience
  • Strong understanding of large format print production
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Experience designing for dimensional structures and show environments
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle rapid revisions
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with general contractors or exhibit houses
  • Familiarity with BOX or similar proofing platforms
  • Understanding of show site installation considerations
