Job description

FASTSIGNS of Rochester, MN is looking for a Sign Maker/ Installer to join our team!

Responsibilities

  • Production duties will include sign manufacturing and production, sign and vehicle graphic installations, general shop work, and painting. 
  • Operate and maintain a large format printer(s), vinyl cutting equipment, engraver, laminator, panel saw, and other various power and hand tools.  Provide well-crafted products and be able to complete jobs within specific deadlines.
  • Maintain and order production supplies.
  • Installation duties include window graphics, vehicle decals, interior and exterior signs.

Ideal Candidate

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  •  Valid driver’s license and clean driving record is required
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills are a MUST
  • Strong attention to detail
  •  Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 50 or more pounds
  • Comfortable working from a ladder
  • Flexibility to lean over a waist-high table to work with materials/vinyl
  •  Ability to work under pressure to output high-volume, high-quality work
  •  Experience with light power equipment and light hand tools
