What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in large construction management, and why are they important?

To thrive in large construction management, you need a strong background in construction methods, project management, budgeting, and safety regulations, often supported by a degree in civil engineering or construction management and relevant certifications like PMP or OSHA.
