Job description

We have been retained by our client, a growing Commercial General Contractor in the Mobile, AL area, to find a Project Manager. The successful candidate will beย responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial construction projects from initiation to completion.

Duties:

  • Oversee the entire construction process and ensure completion according to client specifications
  • Plan and monitor construction activities for workforce throughout project
  • Responsible for project financials, contracts and documentation
  • Act as the company liaison for the customer
  • Perform other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction or related discipline is preferred
  • Recent Commercial Construction Project Management experience
  • Large Construction company experience
  • Experience with Construction Management software
