Job description

*We are hosting a Job Fair at our office Tuesday, July 21 at 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Address: 914 Florida Ave SW, Denham Springs, LA 70726. Please come if you are interested in meeting our team and interviewing for this position. *

Position Summary:

This role requires a candidate with strong verbal and written communication abilities, effective

interpersonal skills, and excellent time management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate keen

analytical thinking, sound problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to apply specialized

knowledge acquired through prior experience or formal training in payroll and human resources

function for multiple locations.

Responsibilities:

· Maintain accurate HR records

· Maintain multiple HR excel spreadsheets

· Scanning, faxing, emailing, etc.

· Conduct research as needed to fulfill requests for items related to your job

· Perform payroll procedures

· Administer new hire onboarding and separation documentation processes

· Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

· 2 years payroll/HR experience preferably

· Retail, Wholesale, industrial experience preferably

· Expert in Microsoft Office products, primarily Excel and Word

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Self-starter with strong organizational and prioritization skills
