Practice Overview:

  • EMR Platform EPIC
  • Outpatient care at NGPG Oakwood
  • Current Practice: 1 Physician and 1 Nurse Practitioner
  • Hours:
    • M F: 7:00 4:30 pm with flexible start time
  • Treating ages 15 years and up for acute visits, preventative medicine, and managing chronic illnesses
  • Access to lab services, x-ray, and EKG
  • Standard adult immunizations
  • Limited call
  • Adequate support staff to maintain efficiency and patient care
  • Caring for patients in a diverse and growing community
