Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Language School Administrative Staff. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our language school and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our students.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome students, staff, and visitors to the school

- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner

- Assist with student enrollment and registration process

- Maintain accurate student records and files

- Monitor and manage school supplies and inventory

- Coordinate events and activities for students

- Assist with organizing and scheduling classes and exams

- Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure a positive learning environment for students

- Handle general administrative tasks, such as filing, copying, and data entry

- Other duties as assigned by the school director

Qualifications:

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite

- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team

- Knowledge of a second language is a plus, but not required

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience desired

- Previous experience in a similar administrative role preferred
