Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking an onsite licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC or CF) to support a K-12 School Based caseload around Newark, Ohio (OH) for the 2026-2027 School Year. This opportunity is ideal for a school-based SLP who values interdisciplinary collaboration, structured support, and the ability to directly impact studentsโ€™ communication development within an educational setting.

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) โ€“ School Based โ€“ Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech-language evaluations and comprehensive assessments
  • Participate as a related service provider in IEP meetings
  • Develop measurable IEP goals aligned with student needs
  • Provide direct therapy services (individual and group)
  • Deliver services across speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication
  • Maintain compliance documentation and progress monitoring
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
  • Support AAC implementation and consultation when appropriate

Qualifications:

  • Masterโ€™s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Comparable
  • Active OH SLP Compact privilege, Ohio Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology license or Interim CF license 
  • OH ODE Pupil Services Registration or Pupil Service License (the Registration
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CF) considered
  • School Based experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist is strongly preferred
  • Experience with IEP development and compliance documentation
